Prior to joining Verdon Law Group, Mr. Wade practiced law throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Bakersfield, and the Inland Empire, where he developed broad experience in tax law and complex transactional matters. He is admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada, expanding the firm’s ability to serve clients with multi-state planning needs.

Mr. Wade earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and later received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Loyola Law School, graduating with High Distinction. During law school, he volunteered with both state and federal tax clinics, providing pro bono legal assistance to taxpayers in need.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Azusa Pacific University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Wade enjoys spending time with his three children and building custom computers.
